Your practice becomes an easy, practical, integratabtle tool for cyclic living, re-patterning, manifesting, & intention setting. We bring magic to the mundane with yoga, pranayama, guided meditations, + a LIVE monthly meetup that’s part guided meditation/reiki energy healing, part intention setting/sharing circle with somatic practices. This is a sanctuary for meaningful connection with yourself & others. Align within & without.

Metta Method Thai Inspired Bodywork
Sessions are a heart-centered approach to bodywork. They blend the heart-centered intention of Metta (loving-kindness) with Thai Massage techniques, active isolated stretching, fascial stretch therapy, myofascial release, oscillation movements, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. This table-based manual therapy helps you release tension, restore mobility, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation. Reiki is a beautiful healing experience. My Reiki Renewal sessions are 75-90 minutes and include guided journaling to clarify what’s present, breathwork, somatic practices, and reiki healing. Read more about it here.

Yoga has the ability to cultivate an amazing awareness within the body, mind, and spirit. My classes are slower, slinkier, breath based, mantra & Yogic Philosophy infused, and created with the intention for you to connect with yourself and your practice in a playful, curious way. I hope to bring about awareness, strength, and compassion, on and off the mat. I release a FREE yoga class once a month.
